Required Disclosures

Salem Animal Hospital/ADR Urgent Veterinary Care is required by law to notify its clients of the hospital’s hours of operation and staffing. The required disclosures are detailed below:

Hours of Operation. The hospital will maintain the following operating business hours:

Holiday Hours. Salem Animal Hospital/ADR Urgent Veterinary Care is closed all major holidays. The hospital will make reasonable effort to notify the general public of any other closures not identified in these disclosures.

Overnight Care. Although certain staff may remain on the hospital’s premises several hours after closing time, the hospital does not offer overnight care or twenty-four (24) hour medical care, and does not provide in-house, on-duty, continuous medical staffing care available during non-operating hours. Should patient(s) require care or monitoring during non-staffed hours, we will make a reasonable effort to contact the appropriate client. The client is solely responsible for arranging transport of the patient to an emergency or 24-hour care facility and is responsible for all costs arising from transportation and emergency service fees.
